When you mix it with water, it turns into a milky texture, which is essential for me with a balm cleanser. I prefer to wipe it off using a warm, damp cotton flannel. It doesn’t leave my eyes blurry, and my skin feels comfortable, not tight or stripped after washing. My only downside is that it melts quite easily, so I often have to keep it in the fridge to maintain its solid form. I also wish it came with a little spatula as a standard.
